WB-ATR Fire Resistive Ceiling Access Door

To provide access in a suspended dry-wall ceiling application that forms part of a fire resistive floor-ceiling assembly. The offset design of the return frame along with a recessed panel to receive double layers of drywall keeps the continuity of the fire resistive quality.

Construction Features:

Door: 16 Ga. steel recessed 1-1/2".
Frame: 16Ga. steel, hat channel type shape.
Hinge: Full length piano hinge allowing 180 degreesopening and placed on long side of door unless otherwise requested.
Latch:Screwdriver operated, flush steel cam positioned on door opposite hinge.
Finish: Electrostatically applied, white baked enamel over phosphate treated steel. This coating may be used as a finished coat.
Options:(AT EXTRA COST) Key operated medium barrel cylinder lock.
